The 2011 Gran Reserva Chardonnay spent 11 months ageing in French oak barriques. It has a light, floral nose with touches of hazelnut and almond. The palate is fresh and crisp, although those barriques dominate the fruit, leading to a buttery finish not that much different from the straight Reserva. Drink now-2015.
