A blend of 73% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Malvasia and 12% Chardonnay, the 2021 Soliloquy boast a white Graves-like nose, with a gentle fumé character set against a backdrop of fig, pineapple and citrus. In the mouth, the wine is medium-bodied, silky and reasonably elegant, with a lingering, gently phenolic finish.

An eclectic blend of 45% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Chardonnay and 15% Malvasia, the 2019 Soliloquy reveals and seductive nose of spiced apple slices, poached pears, aniseed and honeycomb with a touch of baking bread. Medium-bodied, the palate delivers a soft, silky texture and restrained, understated apple and pear flavors with just enough acidity and a spicy kick to the finish.

The 2018 Soliloquy is blended of 44% Sauvignon Blanc, 41% Chardonnay, 10% Malvasia and 5% Pinot Gris. It displays beautifully perfumed notes of orange blossoms, fresh ginger and marzipan over a core of white peaches, applesauce and baking bread plus a waft of wild thyme. Medium-bodied, elegant and with a satiny texture, it delivers a quiet intensity of stone fruit and apple layers, finishing long and fragrant.

The 2017 Soliloquy is blended of 44% Sauvignon Blanc, 42% Chardonnay and 14% Malvasia. It reveals key lime pie, lemon tart and green apples on the nose with wafts of mandarin peel and peach blossoms. The palate is medium-bodied with beautifully fragrant citrus layers and seamless freshness, finishing long and perfumed.

The 2015 Soliloquy is an attractive, honeyed, melony style of Sauvignon, with medium body, an enticing texture, and excellent freshness and fruit purity. Drink it over the next several years.
