The 2022 Pinot Gris is rich and developing, with weighty, pulpy fruit and searing acidity. In the mouth, the wine feels unbalanced and has a flat/dull finish. 13.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.

Cropped at one bunch per shoot and fermented in foudre, the 2018 Pinot Gris is aromatic and spicy, with hints of white pepper, pear and melon on the nose. On the palate, it's ripe, medium to full-bodied and broad, with a sweet succulence and a delicate dusting of tannins on the finish.

Quite rich and viscous, the 2016 Pinot Gris is a bit heavy for me, but there's no doubt it's filled with ripe guava and melon flavors. It's broad and mouth-coating, yet the flavors fall off a bit too rapidly on the finish to merit a higher score.

The 2015 Pinot Gris opens with aromas of white peaches, fresh pears and marzipan with a suggestion of honeysuckle. Medium-bodied with just a touch of sweetness (off-dry), it gives some nice savory/ yeasty / toasty flavors on the palate, complementing the stone fruit notes and adding interest to the finish.

The 2014 Pinot Gris has spiced apple and poached pear aromas with a touch of dill seed. Medium-bodied it has a noticeable sweetness (off-dry) and good amount of uncomplicated stone fruit flavors. It finishes simple.
