The 2010 Veriki is the latest iteration of this 50/50 Chardonnay and Robola blend. Next to the 2009, retasted this issue, it obviously seems more vibrant on opening, with a bit of flint, a nuance that blew off. It seems fairly full in the mouth and probably a bit bigger and more vibrant than the 2009 – certainly at this point in their respective developments – but not necessarily as charming.
