The 2009 Meursault Charmes flows across the palate with layers of seamless fruit. The wine fleshes out beautifully on the mid-palate as it gains volume and breadth. It shows gorgeous volume and shapely, undeniably attractive personality. Anticipated maturity: 2013+. This is a fabulous set of wines from Antoine Jobard. The wines are distinguished for their sheer elegance and classiness. The harvest began on September 9. Jobard aged the wines in 15-20% new oak.
