2006 The Dancer Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep garnet color that is maintaining some youthful purple in the rim. The nose is incredibly fragrant and intensely scented with notes of eucalypt, dried mint, creme de cassis and blackberry pie filling. Very full bodied, rich and opulent, it offers an abundance of warm blackcurrant fruit with crisp acid, medium-firm finely grained tannins and a long chocolate-mint finish.
