The Savigny-Les-Beaune Les Champs Chevreys (a Tollot-Beaut exclusive, or monopole) is a floral, violet-scented offering with a medium-bodied, earthy and minerally core of black fruits. It is more structured and forward than the Les Lavieres but does not have quite as much intensity or complexity. Projected maturity: now-2002.
