The nose of the 2007 Quartz Chardonnay is slightly subdued and youthful with notes of white peaches, orange blossoms, honeysuckle and a whiff of struck match. The medium to full bodied palate has high acidity and is nicely weighted with minerally fruit and a silken texture, leaving peach and pebble notes in the long finish.
