The limestone-scented 2004 Pouilly-Fuisse La Verchere Vieilles Vignes is a light to medium-bodied, tightly wound, vivacious offering. Its mineral-laced character is cut somewhat short by a bright, tangy finish. Drink it over the next 2-3 years.
