The 2007 Chardonnay Stoller Vineyard offers similar aromatics but is rounder and richer on the palate. Pear, apple, and tropical flavors emerge on the palate balanced by vibrant acidity leading to a creamy, fruit-filled finish. Drink this tasty effort over the next 4 years. Under the more challenging conditions presented by the 2007 vintage, Adelsheim Vineyards did not quite perform to the level they achieved in 2006.
