The 2007 DOMAINE HATZIMICHALIS white is a blend of Athiri, Assyrtiko and Robola. At its suggested retail price, it is a pretty nice deal for a well constructed wine that has some body, a nice finish, and a certain mouth coating quality that engages the whole palate initially. Yet, it is crisp and refreshing, too, a pleasure to drink from the first to last sips. It may hold, but I suspect drinking it on the younger side will be safer.
