The 2007 Blend 25 (composed of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah) is a soft, opulent, fleshy, deep purple-tinged wine offering sweet aromas of charcoal and blue as well as black fruits. Lush, voluptuous, and sexy, it is meant to be drunk in its first 5-7 years of life. It’s too bad more wineries do not experiment with blending these two grapes together.
