Not surprisingly, the 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is a juicy, forward, plump, blackcurrant-scented and flavored wine with no evidence of oak, but gobs of chewy, fleshy fruit. This delicious, low acid Cabernet should be drunk over the next 5-7 years. Kunde's red wines possess the same up-front, forward charms as the whites.
