The 2004 Brut Metodo Classico Perle Rose is bright and piercing in its expression of focused fruit. The wine possesses notable precision and elegance in a dry style that desperately needs to be paired with food. 2003 Perle Rose is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. The wine possesses gorgeous inner sweetness in its perfumed, floral fruit, with excellent balance and a long resonating finish.
