Unlike other expressions of Freisa that often show mild fizz, this is a completely still wine. It offers a light and luminous ruby appearance with vibrant tones of white peppercorn, wild berry and licorice. The wine is straightforward and utterly simpatico. Pair it with Italian cold cuts or thinly-sliced Prosciutto.
