The 1995 Cold Creek Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon reveals traces of vegetal scents to its otherwise blackberry and cookie dough-laced nose. It offers a chewy, medium-to-full-bodied, and well-concentrated character with well-ripened currant and blueberry fruit. However its finish is exceptionally tannic. Will the fruit hold up?
