This wine, a blend of equal parts Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sangiovese, is an unfined/unfiltered red wine that is amazing for its price. It exhibits a deep ruby/purple color, followed by a sweet nose of black currants, pain grille, and dried herbs. In the mouth, there is a chewy texture, remarkable concentration (particularly for a wine in this price range), gorgeous levels of sweet black fruit, and low acidity. The wine is fleshy, flamboyant, and thrilling to drink. Moreover, it will evolve and last for 3-5 years.
