The 2009 Greco di Tufo is a crisp, focused white laced with beautifully articulated grapefruit, minerals and wet stones that come together nicely on the palate. The finish is long, vibrant and refreshing. This is classic Greco. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2013. These are the finest wines I have tasted from Benito Ferrara. The whites in particular seem to have found a balance that was often missing in the past.
