The 1990 Dry Riesling, which attempts to imitate the drier Rieslings found in Alsace, is light, with zesty, stony, green apple-like fruit, and an austere personality. It should drink beautifully with oysters, clams, or fresh crabs. Their sensational white wine values are perfect for drinking over the next 8-18 months.
