The 2013 Etna Bianco is a clean, steady and focused expression of Carricante. The wine is buoyant and fresh with a deep vein of mineralogy that cuts straight through at the back. Upfront, it offers fragrant tones of exotic fruit, pear, dried herb and a touch of raw cinnamon. The finish is very bright and citrusy.
